This afternoon, Truck 477 and Engine 472 traveled south to McKean to help the McKean Fire Department celebrate 75 years of service to the community. The afternoon started off with a parade that went from the elementary school to the community park. The parade included various fire departments from Erie & Crawford counties along with numerous floats and other various participants. Afterwards, the WRFD traveled over to the community park where the Firefighters from McKean provided dinner. Firefighters then enjoyed each other's fellowship by telling jokes and hanging out. The evening concluded with a firework display. Thank you McKean FD for allowing us to celebrate 75 years of service and for your hospitality!
