West Ridge FD investigates the use of drone technology

The West Ridge FD is investigating the use of drone technology in order to aid us in creating more accurate and actionable pre-fire and pre-incident plans.  This will aid us in mitigating issues such as challenging and/or dangerous building construction, more accurately determining heavy fire loads, and mapping out points of ingress and egress to remote rescue locations.  These aerial images are courtesy of Mr. Jake DeHart of Erie Applications, LLC.
