Team Rubicon is Back to assist with snow removal

Team Rubicon Members have returned to Erie to assist the elderly and disabled in shoveling out their homes following the record breaking six foot snowfall that Northern Erie County has received since Christmas Eve.  If you need assistance or know of someone that is either elderly or disabled and they need help, please call 2-1-1.

Team Rubicon volunteers receive a briefing before heading out into the community

As of 12/30/2017 it is estimated that the Team has cleared approximately 1000 cubic yards of snow ! If you are in need of snow removal assistance, and are either disabled, elderly, or physically incapacitated and you need assistance clearing snow from a sidewalk, porch, or driveway please call 2-1-1 for assistance.  The Team is not presently clearing snow from roof-tops.
