Remote Rescue at Asbury Woods Greenway Trail

On October 8th, 2017 West Ridge FD was dispatched to a remote area of the Greenway Trail near the pedestrian bridge over Walnut Creek for a "Fall Victim".  While initial units deployed manpower on foot to locate the victim, crews on UTV 476 deployed from the Brown's Farm and quickly located, treated, packaged and transported this fall victim to an awaiting ambulance.

You will note the very narrow wooden path in the photos.  The ARGO deftly navigated this path and was light enough to avoid damage to the elevated wooden walking path.
